First steps
How to play
Read the current scene, choose one of the listed actions, and let the server resolve what happens. Refreshing or returning later will recover your current story state.
- Sign in or register. Your session is kept server-side.
- Create a character. Pick the identity options and starting place offered by the game.
- Arrive at a public anchor. Read the local introduction, rumours, available people, and contracts.
- Choose a small contract. Use it as your first clear goal.
- Plan travel. Pick a route and let the journey create scenes, hazards, and encounters.
- Resolve encounters. Choose only the actions the game declares as available.
- Claim rewards and read your journal. Consequences and discoveries are recorded in player-readable surfaces.
When something seems stale or confusing, use Current Story State to recover before trying another action.
